- Download a Windows ISO image directly from Microsoft; you will need at least 8GB of free space.
- Open the ISO and copy all its contents to a new folder; make a note of the location, as you will need it later.
- Now, press Win+R, type CMD and press CTRL+Shift+Enter to open command promt as an administrator.
- Next, navigate to the newly created foldercreated in step 2.
- Next you will type: cd source
- Finally you will type : setupprep.exe /product server
Follow installation, but this should install Windows 11 on the PC without TPM.
